Personalized insights to improve treatment adherence and outcomes.
Overview
Axios’ Patient Needs Assessment Tool (PNAT) identifies the individual factors that may put a patient at risk of poor adherence or treatment discontinuation. Built around the World Health Organization’s (WHO) five dimensions of adherence, PNAT combines qualitative and semi-quantitative assessment to generate personalized insights and inform the most appropriate interventions for each patient.
PNAT Value
PNAT helps identify why individual patients may struggle to stay on treatment, and what can be done about it.
Pinpoints the specific factors that may put a patient at risk of poor adherence or treatment discontinuation.
Uses patient-specific insights to determine the interventions most likely to address their individual needs.
Recognizes that patients face different barriers to adherence and require different approaches to overcome them.
Results are used to develop a personalized plan to target adherence risk factors, helping patients complete their course of treatment and achieve optimal medical outcomes.
Better treatment adherence starts with understanding the patient. To ensure program sustainability, PNAT is the starting point for every Axios adherence solution.
PNAT focuses on the individual patient, identifying the specific factors that may influence their ability to stay on treatment.
